Deepak sir(trainer) is experienced person... He give useful advice to everyone, according to their body type...
He also organised outdoor activities like trekking, mountaineering, bike riding and parties for gym members...

The instructors are extremely knowledgeable, highly motivated and awesome people to be around.I've never been in a gym with better vibe.
