★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This market is the most affordable market in this region. All the veg and non veg products are very fresh and are adequate in amount to the demands of this suburb. This is very congested area. No parking place near the bazaar. This is the down side. Adjacent to the Bhadreswar rail station, this market is mainly operated in day time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From my boyhood I am a regular visitor of the market. Of late this market is unsafe for buyers and sellers as jaint bulls roam about the market ramming many. On the other garbages are not collected properly. Price and availability of vegetable, meat, fish are sold at a reasonable prices. Sorry to say many vendors who sell articles in the sun or rain for long. For them and buyers arrangements of overhead shade is required. Kali puja subscription is another burden for vendors. Many old women sell some truffle wares for a minimum living but a fixed amount of subscription is extorted. I think they are relaxed from the subscription. Thank you.
