★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bhagat ji gives 2 jhara for Piliya on every Sat & Sun, Jhara is really gave relief me in fews from Jaundice. But I also started Yog after Jhada completed.
I did Kapalbhati Yog continuously also started eating Red things like (अनार, गाजर, चुकंदर etc.) till date and never had jaundice again yet.
