★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't expect layout maintenance. After 3 years of layout maintenance no maintenance will be done. If you are taking layout facilities such as common borewell etc. all you need to pay from your pocket till either layout is handed over to panchayat or to BBMP for any maintenance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people are not worth for giving one star also. Please check the Golden threshold layout. They have not done anything. We are facing lot of issues. There is only one water source for the layout. That too the load they have not taken properly from BESCOM. Now we the people who are using the bore well are paying penalty from 6 months. If we ask the MD of this company he is telling stories . Not responding to phone call also. He doesn't have any supporting documents as well. He is not handing over the layout to panchayat as well. He is not coming to panchayat office and do the proceedings. Beware of these fellows before doing any business and purchasing any plots. Can give one more star as the documents will be upto the mark. But not possible as the after sales support is worst. Still so many are there. MD does not pick up the call. Regarding borewell issue, he told transformer belongs to him and how BESCOM can put bill. This is highly ridiculous and irresponsible answer. We only have to pay for all the things. It is worth living in apartments rather than purchasing plots and constructing house in these type of layouts. He will tell he has maintained the layout for 3years. Don't know what he has done. At that time no houses were there.
