★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality and weight of the metals used in the machine is good but the electrical and hydrolic components in the machine is not up to the mark. There are frequent leakages from the day 1. In the images attached, you can see the oil leaking from the electric panel board. I understand maintaining the machine is also very necessary along with some charges. However, if we call the company for service they don't respond. If they do respond then there is no action taken. Within 1 year of warranty, we had to change 2-3 components. We requested for warranty extension of 2 months due to the lockdown in Bangalore but they did not oblige. What is the use of buying the machinery from this company?
