Very caring, totally clean and hygienic conditions provided.
All staff members sweeper nurse mail nurse is very good n helpful .security arrangements is also very good
Discharge time of patient is very high so it should also be improve
I also recommended my of my colleagues and relatives who so ever suspected cancer.
Please improve the service of Bhamashah Centre Patient.
It is not problem but there is only one canteen with very limited option for food
They follow all the rules nd guidelines of gov.to fight against covid
Thanks all staff best care for my patient.

Feeling upset and disappointed.
Another big disappointment is that on Saturday OPD timing is 10 am onwards. But Dr is not available. Spoke to couple of employees in hospital and they said don't come on Saturday. Dr are busy with meeting and exams.
Then why they took consultation fees? Why to tell over phone that we can visit Hospital Monday to Saturday? Why there are notice board which says on Saturday consultation time starts at10 am.

Visited hospital for 3rd time now. I have few suggestions for the management.
1. Pharmacy folks are too slow despite being low work load and 5-6 people inside the pharmacy. Their body language shows they don't care how urgent can be getting medicines for someone.
2. For new patient, the whole process of getting file ready is complicated. Someone shouts name for the file, one can easily miss in crowded area. Please make it easy process so that new patient can under what needs to be done and where. Find alternatives of shouting names.
3. For patients coming from other cities, who has gone through several tests already, please arrange online consultation once all reports are received.

I am happy to say that, the entire hospital staff (nurse, helping boy, resident doctors, consultants, canteen staff, etc.) is nice, polite & properly understand your problem and give full support. Management is good and everything is very much properly managed. Hospital is maintained very much clean and hygienic.
Thanks to the BMCHRC staff for wonderful medical services & keep on doing humanitarian work.
