Location : it's placed close to sector 11X, 7X, Sorkha Village, etc so approachable for maas athletes interested in football and cricket.
Parking : As of April 2019 no parking issue and its free as well.
Charges : Reasonable as per demand and location.
Availablity : Highly busy on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays, so pre bookings are required for those days.
