★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was having some difficulty breathing after a workout in the gym.
My friend took me to BAGH immediately. There, I was admitted in the Critical Care department. To his relief, the staff attended me immediately and with great care. I was examined quickly and my treatment was started. Dr. Atul Jani explained to my family that this is a post- COVID complication and with proper treatment and precautions, I will regain my health and stamina in a few weeks.
There was a lot of fear and confusion at my family's end but the staff and doctors handled them very well. They were very satisfied with the whole approach. I will recommend BAGH to my known people as the best critical care hospital in Vadodara.
I am at home now, recovering nicely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good cleanliness in hospital, but hospital staff follow rules to make sure patients are isolated and their relatives are not allowed to meet. Services provided to patients is not satisfactory. Not recommended for patients without critical condition. Make sure to discharge from ICU asap.

The employees of the hospital take very good care of patients and are very polite and friendly. The hospital is medically very well equipped and also very conveniently located.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been coming to this hospital since many years. It always seems warm and friendly and the ambience is simply wonderful. I've taken pride in the fact that a beautiful hospital like this is in my city of Vadodara. But going there today to meet a physician totally disappointed me. I don't know what is wrong with doctors. Do they understand that if a patient is paying Rs 1000/- for a single consultation then they are obliged to give their full time and focus to that patient. Unfortunately I felt as if the doc was doing me a favour by listening to me. I also got the impression that you can only discuss one single problem with them and if you happen to ask more you will receive half baked generalised replies. Why do doctors practice at all if they have no interest or energy left in serving their patients.? Or maybe charge less if you really don't care for the patient sitting in front of you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dad just had a bypass surgery at the bagh. The facility is really nice with great doctors, nurses and support staff. They kept us informed, very patiently explained everything to me and my mom. They explained us the cost of the surgery and medi-claim dept was also very helpful with answering any queries from insurance. Overall an excellent experience for patient and their loved ones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome service! We had a heart bypass surgery for my dad. Well trained staff. Kudos to the team. Dr Maheshwari is the best surgeon. Can’t thank enough all of you. Our stay at prestige suites and Annex was great. Dr Samir Patel at Orchid was awesome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good hospital in terms of medical care and services. Hospital staffs, nurses are so much helpful and always ready to help. Be it night or in general shift, they are always available for any help for patients well being. Cleaning staff are also well behaved and available for any support any time.
Doctors are very knowledgeable with years of experience backing their skill.
Infrastructure wise the building is okay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ End of January 2022, I was diagnosed with health issues that required me to conduct heart bypass. I wanted to delay the operation because my daughter was scheduled to leave to the US end of January and I wanted to drop her off. Despite the difficult emotional situation, we followed the doctor’s advice to be hospitalized and conduct the bypass surgery. Currently, I am in good recovering condition at home. I would like to thank all of the staff members and doctors at the Bhailal Amin Hospital for the good advise and treatment. God bless them all.
