★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The name of the god is "Bhairava", he is called as the kshetrapalaka for Simhachalam. The idol is "svayambu". Devotees offer lamps in ash gourd, Here Navagraha (9 planets) homam is done. Idols of Durga, Ganesh are also installed.
As of 21-06-2017 there is no formal construction of the temple, there is only flooring with small grilling available near the idol.
Travel: The road from main road to temple will be 1.5 km (approx.) is very bad, it is safe to go by car. Bikers should take extra care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its an holy and historical place ,on saturdays and amavasya on every on month lots of crowd of people will be there for lord Kala Bhairava swami Pooja and offering to god.there are still lord Shiva ,Ganesh and subramanyam ,and goddesses Durga devi small temples also . everything will be available over there. Now adays the way to reach the temple also very nice.

The temple is a open without walls and roof. Situated in a thick forest like area. Government is collecting so much from rich temples around vizag and manage them. They should spend that money for laying Roads and some basic facilities like urinals for ladies. This is the only Bhairava temple in vizag
