Am writing to this cause am very badly disappointed with team who alter the building layout after booking property and shared new layout plan which anyone can reject. And gives me offer if u ok with this layout then will continue else u can withdraw ur booking.
New layout showing like architecture has 0 knowledge of term 'use case'.
New layout designed in such way where washroom/toilet is front face of your home, n they called it as "DREAM HOME".

β β β β β Very kind builder, if you buy corner row house with them, after completion they will support you for illegal construction, help you to occupy society comman spaces to build wall compound and many facilities. Very nice sales team. Their civil construction team have very strong knowledge about sewer line and drainage system. Also master in constructions of hybrid society with row house and apartment module.

β β β β β They discriminate people's on the basis of caste ,if you do not revel your caste then can even book token and after , they know that you come from Lower caste then they try to cancel your booking by giving or altering Layout,Plan, or saying that we have another property outside the city . This is injustice, this builder oneday will be prosecuted by someone with very hard punishment. God is seeing everything. Castiest and corrupt builder.

β β β β β This society is in under High court Perview over SC /ST (PoA) act 1989. The builder discriminated and deny to sell the rera registered property to Schedule Caste Person. Advocate Mahemdra Gadle sue against the corrupt builder. You must avoid this property to buy. It is very messy and very hard cases are on builder. Your investment can be loss.avoid to buy.
