Usually, morning is the best time to go till 11 am. But some shops are open whole day.
However, the rates are on very much higher side due to well to do people around.
Keep away from arrogant sellers since they use pressure tactics, especially the fruit stalls who are just 2/3 in the market and you don't have much options.
Also keep the ample change with you too, because every seller says they don't have change and force you to buy more to make the round figure.
Unfortunately to ask the rates of vegetables is becoming outfashioned in this area because they just order what they want and then ask how much is the total and pay. They don't even calculate because they have ample money.
And here begins the tragic part; the poor and middle class people suffer. They are ignored and not welcome here .
The life goes on.
I think it is the moral responsibility of the people and specially young generation (who are earning handsome salaries) that they don't make other people suffer because of their negligence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Variety of fruits and vegetables including exotic vegetables. Can get good fresh items. Negotiations work. Parking on river side dp road available. It's roadside so cleanliness is accordingly. Prices are on little higher side.

The area gets crowded and oncoming vehicles causing traffic problem.
Avoid going on Saturday
some of the shops located inner side sell all gourmet vegetables also like broccoli lettuces etc.
