★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I can give negative review by stars... Karan and naresh are the most patheric professionals I must say, because they didn't deliver our work since last two years. And still so many things are pending. They just take projects in their hands and don't give their results. You guys should close your business and sit at home and do nothing. Because even after your studio is open you guys do nothing at all. ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst ever experience noticed. Bhakti photography used to be known for getting nice photos for special occasions of our life and make the moment even more special and memorable forever. Knowing this my sister made a deal with bhaktis and throughout bthe occasion of 3-4 days he clicked photos of all my family members.
We treated him well like giving 4 star accommodation and food to him and his team. Regarding payment also we mutually agreed and paid some amount whenever he asked for. Now he is not delivering the photos. Now it is 2 YEARS have passed but he is not picking up phone calls, when we go to his office he gives falls commitment to deliver in few days but that is also he stopped giving since last 6 months and bluntly says he will not give photos.
This is now rude, unfair, unfaithful, redicule, dishonest and disgusting.
Just think if you face such attitude of anyone then?
I have been facing this issue since last 2 years for my sister and that also for the occasion of her MARRIAGE...
I urge you all to read this review and viral it as much as possible so that this person gets forced to deliver the photos. And whoever is making deal with him think twice.... I would strictly not recommend this guy at all for storing memories for future for your family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very 3rd calls service provided by Bhakti Photography. They took advance Payment before 1.5 year and not delivered any completed work yet. I will not recommend anyone to give any contract to Bhakti Photography. They are best in urgent passport Photography only. Not in any other Photography. They are behaving like they are the only photographers in Mumbai and very busy person on the earth. We gave them 2 contract of marriage Photography and videography and they have not delivered anything yet.If we are calling them they will not receive calls or if we ping them on WhatsApp they will see the message but not replying. If we call them from another number they will receive the calls and tell us that they are in the shoot ,they are in the goa for the shoot, busy in some other work and contracts, busy in Madhuri Dixit shoot. Our contract is not imp for them because we are trusting on them and we trust them while giving payment. Gave more payments then what they asked in advance. But in back we have not get anything we just got false promises from Bhakti Photography specially from their owner Karan Nagpal and Naresh Nagpal. Very pathetic service provided by these people. They really don't care about some ones feeling and memories which are captured in their cameras. Karan Nagpal and Naresh Nagpal Cheated us in very polite and professional way under the Title of Bhakti Photography.
