The Bhaktivedanta Gurukula and International School (BGIS) is located in the beautiful holy land of Sri Vrindavan Dham, the abode of Lord Sri Krishna. It offers the best of both worlds - traditional alongside modern education. Founder acharya of ISKCON A.C. Bhaktivedanta Srila Prabhupada laid the cornerstone of BGIS in 1976 and established BGIS with a need to inculcate real education in the youth of today. With the motto ‘simple living, high thinking’ the education comprises of meditation along with modern education running in parallel with value-based development. Every year Gurukul accepts students from all over India and abroad, it is a boarding school for boys with the campus covering over 100 acres and equipped with all modern amenities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a wonderful school just adjacent to ISKCON Temple Vrindavan. It follows ICSE board and is a boarding school run by Bhaktivedanta Trust. Some of the faculty members are iitians.from next academic session it will operate from new building coming up in very big area a few kms from the current lication .It provides quality education combing the teaching of modern science and mathematics along with the vedic teachings thus building strong character citizens which is the prime need of the society.

Please keep in mind i said happiness which come from inside, so try to be yourself at this place and try to avoid phone calls,conversations and only photos. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst gurukul institution. I even don't wanted to post a single star also but there is not an option ??.. Worst gurukul, With the most worst facilities i have ever seen. My son is very frustrated by the facilities and the Matajis(lady teachers) Not a good study. They are teaching from some books of CBSE and some books of icse. Is this the correct way of teaching??? And also in one academic year only 3 or 4 chapters have been covered in each subject. Teachers gets changed every time. Also they take so much fees but in that fees they only take children to Krishna places and also they don't provide with good food in the trips like after going to temples in the trips they only provide a (Dhokla) during the trip. Is this correct. There so much to tell and bursting myths about this gurukul but now. I don't want to type to much as I am bored and frustrated but in some words I'll only say-( DON'T SEND YOUR WARD IN THIS GURUKUL AND BY MISTAKE ALSO?). BECAUSE IF YOU'LL SEND YOUR WARD IN THIS GURUKUL YOU ONLY ARE GOING TO FACE AND WILL BE RISKING YOUR CHILD'S FUTURE AND LIFE..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst institution you can associate with. Their education methodology is highly substandard with have below par teachers. Their online education is a farce with no security to restrict outsiders and anyone can enter the online class even flashing at teachers. Their core objective is to go after money and will find ways to extract money from parents in the most brutal way. The most disappointing aspect of the school is it's administration and their vice principal who in the name of Krishna are worst than demons. I would not recommend any parent risking their child's future in this school. This review is based on real life experience.
