on gran.... truly very disappointed with the service, will never ever visit again to this Shop...
Suggestions to owner,
Pls treat customers as customer not as borrower

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Experience. These guys are not at all professional in terms of timely delivery and their so called manager Ashwin is very rude. These guys charges 2% extra on card payment. Come on, grow up, means who does like that. Absolutely nonsense. No on time delivery, rude behaviour, payment issues. I will definitely not recommend this. WHP, PNG, Lagu Bandhu are much professional than these idiots.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the shop to buy a gold screw for my diamond rearing which i had lost a while ago .After visits to multiple shops in and around the area and a big shop in Chandan nagar where i was made to wait for a long while without any service and without any confirmation if they could help me ,i chanced upon BSF .The salesperson was super helpful immediately he took out multiple screws and tried it on my earring back.i was in luck and got one which was slightly small .He then took me to the workshop to get it fitted .Kiran Mahamuni the worker in 2 minutes sorted my issue out .am very grateful for such proactive people who bring passion to their job .Kharadi being a bit cosmopolitan ,the shop should cater to more international friendly designs for daily wear .overall a good experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They charge 2% extra for card payment which is allowed by government rules. When I asked about government GR about this extra charges rule, the account manager told me to check with their head office. Very rude kind of behaviour. I would never recommend this shop of you are paying by card.
Executives are good knowledgable.

Before you fall into the trap of this Jeweller company named bhamburde jewellers
I would like to narrate an incident dated 31 Aug 2021 which has shattered our faith towards this company,
we bought a diamond ring and due to the bad make of the ring the diamond fell down in 4-5 days only of the purchase & then the company is deliberately charging an exorbitant cost for repairing without even giving a valid reciept.
It's a suggestion don't get lured by not taking a valid reciept at any cost because company will only give you a invalid or kaccha recipt which is frivolous in nature.
Be careful while purchasing from such company where customer satisfaction is not taken care.
Go for original and proper reciept only.
