The worst and pathetic builder I ever met. The project Swaraj at moshi is the best example of his worst work. While buying flat there, the sales team said we have STP system, and proper water management. That time i felt very good. But now after buying flat here builder, his team behave like they don't even care. No water management at all. And what should i say about STP, i feel like living in public toilet Because of STP water smell...
If you can't give what you have committed to your clients, please don't commit and don't break their trust.Because buying a home can be someone's dream..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited today in moshi and asked what about water planning since in old phase there is water issue. Instead of proper justification she told buy in better society. Be aware to invest.. May be later on you will be looted. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited today in moshi project swaraj for booking the flat, they taking 2-3 hours for price decision,we have done with the price and last minute they told flat is booked by other person. Todays is wroth experience with this moshi project.very bad experience with this builder and his sale team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How much you try not to fall in trap, you will get into due to liar sales person. Bhandari sell you the house with all yes and give you a different house. Sold me the house promising all western toilet, but gave indian. Basically, i would suggest to stay away. If you have extra money to spoil, this is right place because you will get less anyways.. :)
I try not to put negative reviews in public ,but i had my share of surprises on my first house. ? Thank you Bhandari for ruining the buying experience. All thanks to Tanu.

A reputed name but works like worst
Un authorised construction made after getting completion certificate
And attitude is like we can do anything no one can stop us
I buyed a shop in Swaraj capital moshi and now have to fight for our own rights
Just one suggestion to other
Whatever they commit they don't follow even if the commitment is on paper
So think twice before you buy their property and Even if you think you must go further and buy
Read every one's reviews and suggestion surely you will drop idea to buy from them .
