★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service..do not co-operate with customers as per requirement and for courier service for sending lehenga they told me will do it and will reach to the soonest..when enquired on phone they say it will reach after 4days came to know they have not sent..after pressure they say we had sent but we forgot mention address. Then another excuse that courier guy returned then they say sent by another courier..when asked for receipt for tracking they don't provide..then they told sent by maruti courier..them they say by mistake we said..we have actually sent by reliance courier then they provide photo of parcel on that there is contact no. And shipment no. Both are not accessible contact no. Not not reachable or busy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their collection is nice; but, the services like finishing of the product and proper stitching was a concern. Had to pay multiple visits to get the purchased dress to proper fitting and even after that the dress was stitched very poorly with improper cuts. They can certainly improve on their service.
