★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the oldest medical stores in vicinity. Although this isn't open 24hrs but it is open till 11pm. You will get all medicine, ortho n medical belts, knee caps, visco products etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The chemist didn't want to sell me shampoos because I wanted to see some and then select one. He thought I had no knowledge of shampoos and he wanted me to cite a specific product. He thought I'd come to return the shampoo if I didn't like it. He didn't want to sell me a shampoo. This is preposterous. This is the first time I have had such an experience in my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very RUDE...Very poor service...I ordered medicine and pharmacy person confirmed that medicine will reach me at 8 pm in the evening but until 10 pm when I followed up for my medicine they mentioned that delivery person has left the shop at 7.30 pm and should be there in a while around 10.30 pm during lockdown pharmacy person telling me medicine is out of stock and he forgot to tell me...
This is just horrible service from old pharmacy of borivali Bhandarkar General Store.

I bought Tushti Oximeter from them for Rs.1235/-. The next day when I went there to purchase another one, they were selling me for Rs. 1899/- citing less supply. All other stores nearby were selling the same in a price band up-to Rs. 1500/- but Bhandarkar stores were charging exorbitantly high. These are the people who create scarcity in market and then raise the prices

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner must supervise his staff who are mostly of his caste only. Staff has become lethargic with senior staff on counters who don't immediately attend the customer's. We have to call them and most of the time staff chit chat amongst themselves. Pl improve your service, else there are many on line services too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trusted medicine and convenience shop. My mother orders for 20 years. Genuine. Dr. Bhandarkar reviewed prescription for free and gave good advice which helped her. I also got good advice on how to take medicine. For example I thought it was ok to take 4 pills of 5mg when I was prescribed 20mg but he explained to me why I should not do that regularly because of the excipients.
