Doctors are excellent. Dr. guide the patient and relative very well with explanation. All staff icu, ward staff ,reception ,are very cooperative and follow the Dr instructions correctly. Administrative staff are well appropriately helping as per rules. Overall the approaches bhandup criticare hospital no 1 private hospital in our bhandup.,

If you have Mediclaim then please do not go as Mediclaim staff need 2 days time to complete the discharge procedure. This is fact they will tell you upfront in the morning that they always need time and I will complete your process in the evening and in the night they will submit all documents and then revert on queries next day that too when you follow up with them at least 20 times. Ridiculous.

We had a very good experience at the hospital. Clear diagnosis, prompt action when in emergency. Warm and responsive nursing staff. It is really convenient to have a good speciality hospital near our house

I had a very bad experience with the hospital. There was a lack of communication gap between nursing staff and RMO doctors (especially RMO Dr. Pravin & one of the Nurse Ms Francis) . I don't know about what is the process to appoint such nurse who don't have the basic nursing knowledge and even knowledge of medical equipments (she was asking to the patient's relative about how to set the By-pass pipe of oxygen machine) & also she didn't have any politeness and care about how to behave with the patient and patient's relatives. She doesn't have any idea or knowledge about  handling / managing the critical patients. And RMO of the hospital also doesn't have any manners to talk with patient's relatives who are already tense. He is not capable of a reputed post in the hospital. He is a very irresponsible person at RMO post. If your patient is in critical condition , then I will advise you to search for a better option in terms of patient care and treatment.Hospital management running the ICU ward without any proper SOP's and untrained staff due to this there regular interval death of patients from ICU ward. Also they didn't have any facility to keep the body in their hospital after the patient's death at least for 1-2 hrs (time required to complete the procedure). Before they complete the procedure they keep the body in a diagnostic center. These all issues were informed to the treated doctor but he is trying to calm us stating that hospital management will take a meeting and decide. But now I don't have any faith in their wordings. I know that they didn't take any action against these issues in the hospital, after all they want to run the business, not the hospital. I have already lost my lovely  and smiley sister within 7-8 hrs of ICU treatment . Doctor gave us an idea about her health & we have accepted that but my question regarding their ICU treatment  and their irresponsible staff's  behavior. My humble request to hospital management, please find out what is wrong / missing in your ICU treatment and rectify it on an urgent basis before the patient's relatives lose their temper and patient's life. At least critical patients did not lose their life because of your hospital ICU carelessness and ICU worst facility. Please Sir, don't play with the life of patients & emotions of patient relatives. Today still we are feeling like doctors are God who saves life. But your ICU ward does not prove this. Also we are pointing out that some of the nurses were helpful  and they know the patients care even if they don't have too much experience but they know about their job and responsibilities. They are not like Ms Francis who is not deserve a Nurse position We hope Sir, you will take action against major issues of your staff's  behaviour. At least next patients who come with trust in you ,because of only your staff's irresponsible / careless behaviour they shouldn't feel like we have taken a wrong decision for our patients? Please Sir, don't play with the life of patients & emotions of patient relatives. Today still we are feeling like doctors are God who saves life. But your ICU ward does not prove this. Last but not least , please Think once again Sir about your ICU ward  & try to change the behavior of your staff towards patients, Please Sir Please.....

Don't go this place, Morning opd staff is very rude & aggressive. No call back no proper service. Opd timing not proper, very bad behaviour. Reception is very rude answer. Dr is good. Hospital is nice, but staff is not good. Bad service.

Hospital is Good but we have to be very careful for the medical product the things is available outsode for 1200 the same thing u will get here for 2900 almost 3 thrice time higher. One of the sister is not good if we asked her why this thing is getting used she will not explain u and rudely says asked to ur doctor. Plz take care of pricing. If people have mwdiclaim doesn't mean I are open for loot.

Co opertive staff and clean hospital. Dr pankaj jaiswal sir is very helpfull. Unit 2 for covid treatment also available
