Where to contact? All attempt to call the customer care number were futile. The phones were either continuously engaged or unresponsive.
Ultimately, I made up my mind to dash to the Nahur exchange, as that had the matching first four digits of my connection.
Maps provided the exact location, and that was an enormous help.
Not a soul was visible in the so-called office and bill collection center.
At long last, an employee arrived and received the cancellation form with no questions asked.
The reasons for indifference even to losing a customer would be anybody’s guess.
