If you go at their shop they make you wait longer than necessary...and don't care as if you are there or no....
Home delivery....what to say....they call and say we have reached and when you go to receive parcel they have not arrived yet...as if all I no work but to wait for them as if I am their servant or a free bird doing no work..
I am suffering from diabatese and also had to go to washroom but they don't care....it takes them years to come for home delivery....while was suffering from pressure...
It doesnt even deserve 1 star that I had to forcefully give...

I absolutely agree with Deven aroras' review.
Customer-care is extremely unsatisfactory. They treat you as if you are there to serve them. If you can, please avoid this place as much as possible. They dont even give you the 10% discount if you buy only a single medicine from the prescription.
