★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Useless I would say. I have taken my car many times for small issues. Forget about the solutions they don't even confidently able to justify root cause and estimate. They don't entertain you for smaller works. I personally prefer to judge mechanical services with smaller work and then I give vehicle for big issues. Every time I visited there I got disappointment. Manager have number of reasons to send you back.

1)He will not work on proplems that you tell him.
2) He will start tell you new problems.
3) He will never tell you cost of work and if you ask him he will say your is not the only car he is attending.
4) He will not take ownership of his work there is fault in his work.
5) he will further bring new problem and bigger expenses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly not recommended. This people earn your trust 1st with small work. Once they earn your trust they play when you send your car for work. You will keep asking about pricing, he will just say that don't worry it's not high / I will sent you quotation, instead he send heavy bill...the game doesn't end less than couple of day you will come to know the car had more issues.
