★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The branch is located on the first floor of the building. I have seen the first time visitors get confused about the entrance, as I myself got once. The infrastructure is very spacious. The bank staff, along with the guard, are very nice, friendly and helpful. Though I am not much aware of this bank's economical performance, I can see that they have succeeded in getting the people's goodwill. So, a big thumbs up to this bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bank, i need to complaint to RBI on this, it took me 1 month to open account gave me reason of centralised banking, and even after that they dont have new passbook to print... Im still waiting for my passbook and atm card. And staff gives full attitude , it was running nice when there was old staff, now new staff came they are like they own the bank... Total worst case...
Dont go to this bank its total waste of time....
