★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are horrible. Very rude staff and owners. Especially the son of the owner with a beard. His behavior is extremely rough.
I went there and paid them exorbitant prices because I was short on time and was expecting a good custom fit. Apparently, none of my purposes were fulfilled. They gave me a poor fit on my suit (very uncomfortable) and mistreated me.
What made it worse was the rough attitude from one of the sons of the owner. He needs a lesson on being courteous and respectful to clients.
I am never visiting them again. if you want to go, do it at your own risk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The stitch was okay, but the attitude of the staff as well as the owner is pathetic.
They didnt deliver my coat as promised,n later blaming customer the the left out details were not agreed.
When I spoke to the owner,he tells me ' yeh to marine kar dia, varna time ni hota humare pass karne ko". I am paying this idiot to to the work he was supposed to and he tells me this.
NOT RECOMMENDED, if you need something for an important day and as per your specification.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We gave him my nephew’s wedding suite so stitch despite his high charges. We categorically told him to put a specific type of button and he assured us that it will done and taken care off.
When we went to try the suite to try before the wedding, we found that he had put ordinary buttons. When we questioned him about it, he said that we were supposed to get the buttons. He completely put it on us to get the buttons. Just a couple of days before the wedding, we had to run around to get the buttons.
An absolute cheat and dishonest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the store at Paschim Vihar. Lot of options available for men's wear. The staff is well mannered and helpful. I required the designer coat very urgently, which was delivered within one day. Thanks to Bharat Designer Store.
