Booked Bhumi travel from baroda to diu. Arrived an hour late moreover told me to move to another location because they didn't want to bring the bus in the city. Reached at 10:30am instead of 6:15am. Picked random local passengers all the way and halted multiple times. Bus dirty from inside.
While coming back from diu to baroda, I booked Bharat from diu to baroda (thought Bharat is different bus) and they told me that the bus will arrive at 5pm. At 4pm bus driver calls me and told me that he is waiting for me. To my surprise this was Bhumi travel and not Bharat travel. Driver told me that I need to get in now or cancel the booking. I canceled it immediately and aboard another bus. Avoid Bhumi and Bharat express.

β β β β β Worst experience I ever had. Departure was 1.5 hr late than the informed time. Which led delay in reaching the destination by 3 hrs in total. Also the driver was turning off the AC after every 1 hr, for which we had to complain him to start it again as it was very difficult to even breath inside the seat cabin. Won't travel again with you guys. You really need to understand about the charges you are asking and Service you are delivering.
