They are very rude and don't tackle grievances.
A big thumbs down to this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had purchased a double bed from Bharat Furniture as I got good reference from a friend. They have good variety of product. I waited for a week to get my product ready after paying advance amount. That's ok for me. But the product delivered to me has some defects on marble plate. They were promised home services earlier. I had reported the issue within an hour when delivered. It's been almost 2 weeks now everyday I call them, they say some guy will come to repair the issue, but no one come. I'm fedup calling them, now thinking to call a carpenter to fix the issue. The after sell experience is very bad. So I'll recomend others to verify their product first and then pay the amount.
