★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Poor Service. The people are reluctant to answer the query and they are not even bothered about the condition of the customers. You call 10 times they hardly received once then after finishing up your detailed problem diagnosis they cut the line.
I provide 1 Star as it has not less than that. Very disgusting service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. I have booked gas long back and also have received the cash memo last week but still haven't received the filled cylinder. I called several times but none picked the phone. Also, when I talked to them some days before they responded very rudely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst distributor ever, they provide delivery usually after 30 days to 40 days after booking and if you call them to enquire first of all their phone would not connect and if it luckily gets connected after trying for 10 -15 time, they speak with you so rudely, you will feel like you have committed a crime by calling them. I don't know if this particular distributor is this bad or all the distributor of Bharat gas are like this.

They says lies to their customers about service. Each and every day they make new excuses for delivery purpose .
They never receives the call
If by chance they receive the call,the way they talk is not acceptable
Bcoz of this banani distributor bharat gas name is becoming bad in this area .
Plz be careful when you are applying gas service in this banani distributor ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. I have met people who didn't get a gas cylinder delivered fir almost two month. Then if you don't go their shop in person and have a full on argument, you will not get results. Then you contact their delivery guys, who tell you that they will deliver gas cylinders to your house within an hour if paid at double the rate. When i went to their shop on 3rd November, I've met a few people who had the same complain as mine. We have made complaint to the consumer forum against this gas agency. Avoid from taking this gas agency. AVOID THIS AGENCY.
