★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a good experience buying products from Bharat Handicrafts. I have ordered lot many products from them and that too twice for pune.
In the very first time, a few products got broken during transit. However, Mr Aproov who was the front end for the dealings and very reachable, made sure those defective pieces were replaced during the second order. He also took care of the packaging during the second time.
I have bought lot many silver ang golden artefacts including few antique crockeries.
The only pain was the overall GST and other cost like packaging and fixed price of the products which could be worked upon or lessened.
But overall a Happy Customer !!
