★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Founded by the Swami Satyamitranand Giri, Bharat Mata Temple is a unique temple sacred to Mother India and her spiritual and culture glory. Smt. Indira Gandhi, a politician who served as prime minister of India, formally inaugurated the temple on 15 May 1983. Located on the bank of Ganga, the temple welcomes people of every religion and community. Emblem of the temple, a woman dressed in a saffron-colored sari and holding the flag in one of her hands, is readily noticeable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful collection of various statues.
This temple was put up in 1983 by Vishwa Hindu Parishad(VHP) to confer their fidelity to Mother India. This temple was inaugurated by then prime minister Indra Gandhi. The Bharat Mata Temple is located at ‘Sapt Sarovar’. Bharat Mata or Mother India has a temple dedicated to her by devoted patriotic nationals. The Bharat Mata temple is a religious shrine, founded by Swami Satyamitranand Giri. It is an eight stories building and the center of magnetism for the tourists therefore the temple is surly visited by them. Every single floor of this eight-storey building is devoted to representing a specific theme. The temple building is elevated to a height of 180 ft. Rickshaws and other vehicles are available to visit the temple. The temple is about 5 kilometers from ‘Hari ki Pauri’.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this temple today and not too crowded. This is not an energy space or place of spirituality. It's a commemorative space of Bharat Mata where we acknowledges her as our mother and dedicated this space for her. It was inaugurated by then prime minister Indra Gandhi. This is founded by Swami Satyamitranand Giri. It is an eight stories building and is just a place to visit and symbolism of patriotism. Thank you guys. Few pics to familiarise yourselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not Just a temple, it is a journey for common Indian to our beloved India , although there are so many things which can be added like rivers, culture, diversity, rituals, different forms of dance, food, clothing, farming etc. But yeas one has to visit this place, For information point of view this was inaugurated by former PM Indira Gandhi Ji, and Temple was funded by Shankaracharya Saraswati Ji. You may ask for more details about each floor of the temple.
There were one thing which came in mind while visiting one of floor, there were quotation/phrases from each Dharma in India such as Parsi, Hindu, Christian, Sikh but no phrase from Islam, When I have asked from representative, they told me that earlier it was there but people has started arguing about this then management decided to remove this as they don't want to be highlighted for any bad things. My view was clear to them that they must be stay on what they had decided there must be rational behind that and they should show it strongly.
Anyway, it is must visit place for any Indian visiting Haridwar from any religion, cast and society.
