Faced very harsh time. The company dont follow its own value "care for employee" Actually they just want there work done thats it nothing else. Very harsh people. The people on upper position exploits their juniors. Even being a girl you have to come in n8 shift without any pickup.I will suggest not to join this company unless u hv Bpcl as a last option. We are very much dissatisfied by the way they are currently handling and treating their contractors. Lot of hardships faced by us in releasing our payments from them which are due since so long. They have given us lot of problems in 2014 by delaying our bills.Such was not the case earlier but of late the engineers have no empathy or respect for contractors who have been working with them since decades.They need to improve their style and attitude otherwise it is very difficult for business owners like us to work with BPCL.
