★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Discourteous staff. For 2W, they have just one filling station, and for rest of the 4W station, only 50% of the stations are working because of less staff. I have experienced multiple situations where they do not entertain 2W's on their 4W filling stations, even though there is heavy rush on the 2W station and all the 4W stations are completely empty.
Their machinery is quite old and needs replacement, specially Air Filling stations - 1 out of the 2 air filling stations is damaged for years and hasn't been fixed. The remaining air pump also gets defected time to time.
This is the worst BPCL petrol pump i have come across in Delhi NCR. BPCL should look into the working of this petrol pump and perform true and detailed quaterly quality audits to ensure they are meeting the standards as this petrol pump is giving a bad name to the brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were waiting for fuel. Nobody cared. There were hardly any vehicles but they had blocked the pump area. I just left without waiting any more. At least on mornings the staff should be on their feet. Very very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware as the attendants don't start from 0. This has happened to me 2 times with different attendants. Both times I caught them red handed. They usually will distract you asking what payment method you want and put the fuel hose inside the car while it is already not on zero. Once I wanted 500Rs petrol then it was already 100 and once 3000Rs petrol and it was already 500 on meter. Both times I caught them. Once he said that he had already filled the 100Rs without showing zero and second time they said it was done by mistake and then reset it to zero.
I will be writing a formal complaint to Bharat petroleum and I am going to be using my dashcam to record you next time and put it on youtube. Whoever is incharge, please take care this does not happen again.
