β β β β β Does anyone know how to report fraud businesses? This petrol pump has all the fraud staff and use wrong means to get profit. If you fill petrol of βΉ100, the staff would fill only βΉ30 of petrol saying they didn't hear you properly. Then they'll tell you they fill petrol of additional βΉ70 but what they actually do is only fill βΉ40 of it. So you they have actually filled petrol of βΉ70 but you paid the βΉ100. Ridiculous.

This is very serious concern that when we says your employees to fill the fuel in some amount they are ignoring it & filling fuel in two steps.
This issue we have faced multiple times in your pump station.
Kindly try to stop this activity otherwise unfortunately we will register the complaint against this worst service delivering by Bharat Petroleum.
We are not expecting this kind of worst services from Bharat Petroleum.

β β β β β This fuel pump is doing fraud.. Once you tell them to fill petrol for one amount, the pump guy make same transaction in two transactions..
Example.. I have asked for 200 rs,
1st will be for 50rs and then he or she will stop and then they will ask 200 Ka tha na..!!
And then he will do show off as he is setting other transaction for 150 but still he will continue to fill and start from 50 and end at 150..
So here the fuel I get is 150 only and they will charge 200..
I have faced same issue 2 times..
And when you try to ask or stand on situations they are ready to fight and even hurt customers..
This is gunda petrol pump.. Avoid this pump..
And hope bharat petroleum will take strict actions on this..
Agar unko cut na jata ho..
Fraud Bharat Petroleum.. ??

β β β β β This is the most fraudulent petrol pump, and the worse part is the owners have closed their eyes and ears even after having such bad reviews repetitively. They fill in 2 instalments on the pretext of mishearing the amount to be refilled. we asked for Rs.1000/- to be refilled he filled only for Rs.200/- when we corrected him he continued from Rs.200/- and showed the meter at Rs.800/-. The fuel meter in the car is showed less amount of petrol, this raised alarm .But as we were in a rush we didn't argue with him. When we got back to catch him, he immediately handed back Rs.200/- saying he filled only for Rs.800/-. If we wouldn't have noticed this fraud and went back to the petrol pump, we also would have been cheated by them. Do not visit this petrol pump ever again.

β β β β β They are bloody cheaters. They pretend to not hear what you say. Fill less petrol and take your money. They especially cheat female customers. I request everyone to please avoid this petrol pump. I hope they suffer for what they do to their innocent customers.

β β β β β Employees tricked customers alot on this petrol pump. This was the second time with me.
I said one guy 400
He started the meter at 0 and fill up till βΉ 70, then after I said again 400 then he said sorry and tell me to keep my two wheeler straight and then he fill the tank till 330 from 70.
If I paid it with card/UPI Iβll definitely drop the mail with swip time and quantity.
But I donβt have slip for cash payment.
Please avoid this Fuel Pump.
