★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have very bad experience on this petrol pump. While coming from Lakhani, I stopped to fill fuel in my vehicle. I asked the petrol filler man SURENDRA to fill petrol of Rs310. But the man filled petrol worth Rs.70 since he did not hear properly as per hum. Then I asked to fill remaining petrol. He did the same showed me Rs240 figure on machine and told me that he completed Rs.310. Then I have the card but he swiped Rs320 (first mistake). But I ignored since I thought it's human error. He gave me Rs10 back. Then I saw the fuel indicator of my vehicle and thought that the filler man done some fraud. I questioned about the petrol. But the man denied any fraud. Again I insisted to to show me the record. He showed me the amount of 240 but did not showed figure of Rs70. Then I confirmed that the man had done the fraud while filling the petrol. When I asked to fill the petrol of Rs.240, the man did not make the machine on 0 [zero], instead he continued from Rs70, filled up Rs.240 instead of Rs.310. The man was willful fraudster. When I asked for complaint book but the same was not made available but gave the number of manager. Now, henceforth I will not fill the petrol from this petrol pump.
