Hardly could worked for 3 months, health got damaged, no safety in workplace, horrible leave policy, if you are absent for one day in week, W/Off is considered as absent and Payment deducted. Plant office is worst than a ration shop. No sitting accomodation inside plant. Horrific night shift, if you take rest, photo is taken by NDO guy(who actually sleeps mostly) and highlighted.
Even during leaving organization within probation period, I had to pay nearly one month salary to get the release letter. So think twice, thrice before joining.
