β β β β β I have not seen any worst service than these guys. The packing was so bad most of the glass items were broken. Most of the boxes were open and apart from that the truck driver behave like a mafia. the packers company will not take any responsibility when the items reach the destination. They will not even pick up the call. Even a one star is too much for these guys. I recommend everyone not to be trapped by this fraud people.

β β β β β They are the fraud , would never recommend any one to book their house holdings with them. I booked bike and some house hold items with these fraudsters and that i consider the biggest mistake i have made. Received delivery after 2 months after paying additional amount
1)- They will quote you a price and after taking all the stuffs from your place will ask for different price and on denial will ask you to get your items from their office. and then to avoid hassle you will pay the amount.
2)- After taking your item they will book with any xyz logistics your delivery (basically these people are just agents) to any location that is not your delivery location, for me it was another near by city 90 km's away from my place. and then the real drama starts those delivery logistics company people will then call you to pick your item from their office where as promise was made for home delivery.
3)- When you will ask delivery company for home delivery they will say they already informed to person who booked consignment that home delivery will not be made talk to them and if you will not pick items by today evening it will be returned back.
4)- Item you will receive will be half damaged, you will always think why you made a booking with them without proper background check.
5)-all good reviews here are from their 3 people staff with multiple fake id's , if you will be smart you will understand pattern here.

β β β β β They'll quote a price lesser than others. When you are all loaded then they'll hackle you for more at the last time. They'll put pressure of GST and insurance after their finally quoted price. They'll ask you to arrange your own unloading. They'll damage your good without regret and they are very unprofessional.
Please please don't book them. If I hadn't paid them upfront, I'll deduct their money. Bad review is the only thing I can do now.

β β β β β Totally irresponsible team, most of my valuables didn't reached me.
I have paid a lot of money that too with insurance above the charges to shift items.
Even after a hug amount I didn't received my expensive valuable items, which is really disappointing.
Even so this was not enough, my delivery was stuck 65km from my delivery point for 3 days due to their internal issues, I had to go 65km myself to collect packages. Which is again an irresponsible behavior.
This is not an expectation from any packers and movers. Since we are giving them ownership to pick and delivery our items form one place to another it is their responsibility to make sure none of the items are misplaced during transit.
Also I didn't got any of my insurance money back, it is extremely sad to excruciating to go through such a heights to shift our own items.
Be careful while choosing a service.

β β β β β Worst service ever. I transported my bike from Gurgaon to Pune on 16th Jan 2021 and got delivered on 23rd Jan 2021. Even after full payment at the start to bharat S, lot of drama happened with Delivery service provider for not getting paid from Bharat S. They are threatening me to take the parcel return if not get paid.
Also there are multiple damages to the bike.. Main stand and ladies footrest damaged. Also many scratches to the bike. Number plate completely dismantled. Also reporting issue to both delivery person and Bharat S no one considered their fault not even responded back on this.
Multiple calls from delivery service provider and Bharat S for payment issues between them and even after paying full money to bharat S I got stuck with them for issue between them. ???
