Vinukonda Tel Exchange is one in Guntur district.In the year 2013, there are 2500 no of land lines in this
Exchange, but at present it step down to 1500nos or so. Such is the condition.
No regular AE(SDOT) here since two years to monitor the exchange . WHAT A PITY.
This town is gr2Municipality having population about 60000.Educationally and industrially developed.
Becoming POOR services to customers is a Fact.
Staff stating that no NEW WIRE is being supplied to replace the damaged wire from pole to aLand line
Phone. Very Sorry to say at our cost we are purchasing it and getting replaced.
No body should damage the Good Will , FAME AND NAME OF. BSNL please..
Expect to Serve and Save the Tel.Exchange @ VINUKODA as was in Good olden days.
