β β β β β The reason BSNL is on the verge of closing is very clear as you walk into the office. Broken chairs, dirty and low light rooms, unavailability of services. Here only bill payments are accepted along with new BSNL connection. I visited here for the purpose of MNP into BSNL but they asked me to wait for half an hour (politely).

β β β β β Only For activating the sim, they have charged me Rs 900 and for recharge also they took the money went I asked for the recharge it was not done n when I call them they told that due to technical issues it's taking time n it takes the hold day but steel pending for recharge

β β β β β The infrastructure may be poorly maintained but the staff is pure gold! My experience was way better than that in Airtel or Jio stores. Mr. Sandeep was very polite and helpful. I went for a sim replacement to a Nano SIM and the process was made so smooth that I was delighted. Superlike!
