- no card payment accepted
- no proper service
- they don't include washing in their service and they inform this when you come for receiving the vehicle
They are in business of looting people and not into providing repair services.
They did everything with my vehicle apart from what was told to them. Very pathetic and worst customer experience.
Been there second time with the hope that there will be some improvement but it got only worse.
I would not recommend them even to my enemies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service here is very quick at least while submitting vehicle for service. Delivery time depends on work to be done on your vehicle. They have fully automated billing system and also have past history of your vehicle which makes it easy to select filters, oil change etc. Staff is co-operative and you can arrage pick-up and drop of your vehicle when needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Card payment now accepted. You have to pay in cash. So if your short you will have to walk to the ATM. Took 45 mins for 1st free service despite me standing right there. For over 20 mins bike kept on service ramp. Half work done and then not touched. Extremely disappointed. Next services are going to be at Deccan Suzuki.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No words for the service I've been receiving at Bharat Suzuki, it has been one of the best and trust worthy place I've seen in my whole life.
Thanks to Rohit and Rajkumar who have always been so kind and helpful when it comes to my Gixxer sf 155, Every service I've got from here has made me happier then before.. I hope they continue giving the same service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This service centre team is not at all professional. I recently got my old access 125 repaired . I spend 1 hr to get job card which was finally sent via whatsapp to me. Their internet was not working. On delivery day no one was thr to show exact work status. I found speedometer was not working. Then cashier said currently we don't have cable. This centre is working just for a name sake. I think staff is not paid appropriately resulting in no customer obsession. Very bad experience.
