★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service.. old staff changed.. they took 3 days to service the bike.. and could not resolve headlight issue even after changing parts.. i had to visit the service center 5 times.. still did not solve the issue.. they do not understand the mechanics of the vehicles just keep on changing the part until issue resolved.. all boys are new who are under training.. don't give your vehicle.. absolute waste of time and money

The dealership said we'll call you back once we get the update and i think still they are getting updated since 2 months and also the contact number given for service point never works

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The very first point you'd look for a service station is getting your bike serviced as soon as possible..
Forget about soon, they don't even care & sometimes they even forget they have your bike due for servicing..! You have to call them up & ask if they've finished the servicing, if not; how long more will it take??!
The Manager Mr. Mahesh is lazy and is with a very careless attitude.
I even had to complain to the Suzuki Website about this service station.
Highly Disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Now have had multiple experience with bharat suzuki customer service. Poor service. Basic Instructions needs to be given again time after time. No improvement instead of previous feedback. Stuck with them for the next free services. Have still not been delivered the faulty accessories. Emailed higher authorities but they don't care either. Pathetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It good service center, some time feel lake of skill to deal with customer, However hoping they will going improve, will have good customer friendly environment. There is not other SUZUKI's two wheeler service station, they can work on it and have opportunity to increase customers. It can be best service center.

I'm highly disappointed with the servicing done. After my regular servicing my bike broke down in the middle of the road, the very next day, when brought back to the service center, I was told that carborator cleaning is not done, whereas the same was charged in my bill. When reconfirmed, the concerned person told me that tunning is not done properly. The mechanic present did the needful, but still I faced the same problem and again brought my bike to the center 3rd time on 31st July. Again it broke down the 4th time and Hence I left my bike on 05th August 2019, for two days at the center. Today 07th August 2019 when I have come to collect my bike still the issue isn't resolved. It has caused me tremendous irritation and disappointment.
Due to this I have faced alot of inconvenience and I have got late couple of days for my work, result of which I had to bear the loss. All this is not at all acceptable and very disappointing.
Though I was served properly before this but this time I'm very much disappointed..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a regular customer at this place for the last 5 years, however, the kind of service that I have been receiving since past few servicing is pathetic, to say the least.
The kind of arrogance among the working staff is unbearable. They just perform patch work for any issue. As soon you leave the gate, everything starts coming off.
I got a buzzer fitted which lasted only for 200 meters after I left. The tubeless tyres that they fitted came off right in the middle of the highway. They changed the light bulb, but fitted the components back such that it started bumping with the dashboard everytime I ran over a pothole.
Not to mention the exuberant service charges!! It cost me 900 rs for spare parts and the equivalent amount they charged for labor as well!!
