After my acceptance and payment of advance I received the contact details of driver. The process from booking to getting to the driver was well managed and easy. I highly recommend their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid. Unprofessional. Late. End up paying 25% more than advertised with “parking fees” etc. zero response after paying their advance. Didn’t give driver pickup address details. Also apparently they count the trip and kms from when driver starts at their place, not pickup. Lot of shady practices.
Not sure where the positive reviews are from.

The response from owner tries to blame the customer for not reading terms. Well now everyone is aware of it without reading small print. But more importantly there is no mention of how there was zero communication- no response from them after we paid them advance, despite repeated attempts to contact.How they failed to provide driver with pickup location and the pickup was 90 min late, and how the driver tried to scam us with incorrect readings. If that’s not unprofessional I don’t know what is.
This review is for public information. So they won’t get taken in with positive reviews like we did.

This review can be your responsibility towards travellers. You guys have lot of taxi for full fay trip but not for airport trip. A good business should understand the needs of customers and serve them better. And how could you guys tell the others provide old cabs. Unethical business thinking and really afraid of taking any of your services.
