★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst travel service, pathetic driver and dere abusive and fighting nature.. mannerless driver... service and wordz are not as dey says.. always switch to some other travel or drop a plan to travel if only dis travel is last option left

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you guys really looking for honest review so please consider it as one because the staff in the bus are not at all good, don't even trust this guys, people here are drunk, ladies are not at all safe, i request you not to travel with this travel agency, because it's not at all safe to travel with them and also issue of thief ,....staff is not at all cooperative and drunk while driving. Please please guys if you looking for safety of your and your mother,sister or wife don't let them travel by this bus .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was traveling from nagpur to pune and I had the most worst travelling experience. Bus is too dirty and unhygienic. Very bad staff. They don’t know how to handle customers. bus almost delay 3-4 hours reached in pune, & restaurant washroom, Yawatmal route was very bad. don't book btp travels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially when bus service started it was very good. Now the service is like other travels.
Pune Nagpur bus late by 2 hours. Drivar filling bus with adhoc passenger and no COVID protocol followed.
Tip: if you are planning to travel with kids the journey will be night mare. Bus has a rod just middle that may hit toddler.
Need to improve:
1. Driver profesionalism
2. Adhere to timing.
3. Adhoc passenger
4. Why pipe/rod kept in middle

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to book traveller from them, so i called them and told details. They didn't tell estimate and told me that they will call in few minutes. Its 1 week now they didnt call. I think they dont have seriousness for customers. Not Recommend by Ashish Andelkar ??

Don't buy any packege from there, they never support you, their packeges for traveling are third class, if u buying; it means waste of money,
We book package from them , they gives horible service to us.
They make our trip just hell.....

Horrible trip. They have no idea about current situation of tour locations.
Tour planners were not aware of which spots are open and how to rich there.
Driver provided by them was also short tempered. He was not ready to take us to spots, and told agency that location is closed.
Don't Book any packages from them, just waste of money..????
Rather one should prefer booking online hotels and local travel.
