โ โ โ โ โ only the service is good but not the quality... Took 3 shirt material and 2 Pant material.... quality not that good... Plus the tailoring service stitched my clothes in such a way that they were loose... they look like old fashioned clothes.. Not at all for youth..

โ โ โ โ โ Very poor customer service. Take it or leave it attitude. Sales people work very hard. I was purchasing for family away from Pune. Could not send pics and could not FaceTime since there was no WiFi. Purchased goods over Rs 66000. The paper bag ripped off before reaching home. Limited varieties in each size. Over rated store.

โ โ โ โ โ No philosophy of customer is the king followed in the shop. Basics like customer complaint book is not available at the shop. A paper is given and is being told that the complaint will reach to the management and the account and billing guy says that mark his word that the piece of paper will reach the top authority. For the separate purchase only one carry bag is given and said that they cannot give another bags. Seems that special attention is given to the previledged customer. To sum up most pathetic and untrustworthy customer service. Highly recommended not to purchase from this shop.

โ โ โ โ โ Till the time you are showing interest in buying from them, they will treat you like god, asking u for tea, coffee and all kind of fake hospitality. But once u have bought from them they will ignore u like anything. Their service is poorest of poor. Even roadside shops have better tailors than them. I had a really bad experience here.

Beautiful collection of clothes for men and women for every occasion specially bridal and wedding. Courteous, graceful, welcoming and humble staff members is the best part of the store. Would love to go there everytime.
