I would suggest never ever enroll with this dealer.they will never give home delivery.always will have to go on your own and bring cylinder.worst worst service.always late delivery and will give excuses. Do not why government does not take action on them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I called there office in the morning for delivery of cylinder which was booked a month ago I was told it would be delivered in a day or two in the evening
I get this message.
Your LPG Refill Order No xxxxx has been cancelled. Reason: Empty Cylinder not available. Please contact Distributor for details.
Numerous times I get msg at the time of delivery booking cancelled as subscriber is out of station most of the time I have to rebook & collect it myself. This is harrassment & will definitely subscribe with other gas agency.

The service coordination, speed and the response, nothing in place. Hope someday they understand they are into Emergency services and learn the meaning of it too. High time the owners should pay attention to the service levels and customer connections.
Please remember no one calls you for fun, the lady who’s incharge of answering calls, needs to learn more etiquette’s and less excuses. Everyone understands challenges, and we know there would be some at their end too but giving the caller a feeling that she or her org. Is doing some favour by addressing issues is simply a NO.
The take aways- worst service provider, not once or twice, it’s everytime story. Learn or disappear, you all have no rights to put people’s life at RISK because of your LACK OF SERIOUSNESS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to give them zero rating as they are doing fraud by cancelling customer booking by fake inputs and selling the gas cylinder in black market. I a the sufferer of many times. The owner is a good person but don't taking any such action against their delivery staffs to stop this mischief happening with their customers.
