But, employees are not upto the knowledge or they don't know the procedure, or big officials didn't show interest to train them on product service. But, few struggle to provide best efforts to satisfy their customers. Others simply don't know what to do, how to react, they rely on other employees to guide them most of the time. BSNL system is lazy, why because, their main people who is driving bsnl, are involved in pushing bsnl down, so that they can please private sector giants.
