β β β β β I have joined with Bharatiya Yog Sansthan during Jun 2015 at Yoga Class Manimajra, Chandigarh. I learn Yoga from Shree Baldev Raj. I have attended Yog Sivir Γ t Delhi Γ nd Jammu. I really thanks to Paramatma for joining me a Holly and perfect Yog Parivar.

β β β β β I joined BYS Yog class in Maruti Vihar, Gurgaon, 8 years ago. Yog cured skin allergy in my both legs. Recovered from climate change allergies & breathing problems. My husband is the Kendra Pramukh of the class and practising Yog since 2013. His sinusitis and body itching vanished after joining Yog class. We both are thankful to BYS and all Gurus.

β β β β β I had stayed here on a 2 day camp and spent the time in a basic manner without things like AC, TV etc. Food was very light and tasty. We got lectures on several way of life topics for ideal living. The morning pranayama & yoga activities under supervision of experts were very good. Highly recommended if you may spare couple of your busy life days away from ur family for your good. Same you may teach to others after learning. They did not charge any fee. You may donate or buy books as per your choice. Books are nice and low cost.

Every Saturday our Mahamantri Shri Desraj ji comes live in you tube channel of BYS with an extraordinary Dhyan session with simple explanation of Patanjali Yog sutras. It renders its selfless service to mankind through online classes. Blessed and proud to be apart of it.
