★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very poor service .it’s been 15 days my 2500 payment is not received,Iam calling Coustmer care ,they are saying it will resolve today,tomorrow but no solution has been done for Last 15 days . They will sell your swipe machine then after they have no responsibility. I am get tired to call almost daily .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After app update , my bharat swipe balance is not showing . My ticket id is 6009723. My huge amount is stuck with bharatpe from last 6 days. Everytime i contact them , they say our seniors will call. I m helpless, what to do ...how to get my lacs of rupees ??? any one pls help ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience.i bought swipe machine from them. They don't entertain after sale service. Their interest in sale not attending complaint. My complaint number are 6994503, 7122895, 7142338, 7158939, 7122895, 7176888, 7198593, etc. But in vain. No response from Bharat pe. Customer care record only our complaint. But no body from Bharat pe call me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DON'T BUY SWIPE MACHINE FROM BHARAT PE. These people don't give you after sales service. A number of complaints done no single man turn up. By attractive ad they selling it.but after sales service zero. These people are only selling poor quality machines to customers. Once machines sold after that company give you deaf ears.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldn't even give this company one star if it was possible. My Bharatswipe machine suddenly stopped working on 31/12/21 for which I launched a complaint and also uploaded the required video proof. Since, there has been no contact from the company till date. Moreover, fake assurances from the customer care support is given every day that technical team will contact you ASAP but none of that has happened. Its totally frustrating that solution was supposed to provided by 9th January according to the company but it's all fake. Call them, mail them do whatever these people don't value their customers. With all the loss that I have incurred
I wouldn't recommend anyone to get even associated with this company in ANY WAY because it's simply disgusting. They don't provide you with any solution post sales.
My ticket no.(aka fooling customer ticket no.) Is 6288939.
Worst company even worse staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have raised a request to return my Bharatpe swipe machine on 09/03/2022 and the delivery man came the very next day on 10/03/2022. After completing all the formalities your team said the refund will be processed in a few days and it's been a month now I haven't received any single penny from your side. I have called too many times on your customer support but the only words they have are "It will get resolved soon". I AM WAITING SINCE A MONTH
Just want to know the exact time when it will get resolved?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly Disappointed!!! My BharatPe Swipe Machine is not working since last one month which is showing an error "PNMPAY_009", regarding this many requests have been made with ticket nos. 6274037, 6311301, 6513845 & so on but no action has been taken till now. I am tired to call customer care almost daily but they don't value their customers at all. They are focusing only on sales not on services. I must say that this is one of the worst app for digital payment.
