This is a suggestion and advise to all hotelier friends please do not indulge in any business or purchase of products/equipment from Bharti Referigeration.
I thought let me share my experience with my friends so that you should not suffer as i am suffering today. I have purchased kitchen equipment for my hotel, at the time of placing the order i found them very efficient and responsive but once the payment is made they have lots of excuses for the faults in equipment. They make us responsible for their equipment's fault. However we kept some balance so that they can respond on call and fix the issue but i think they have earned the required margin of profit in the amount already paid to them.
I have a horrible and pathetic experience in dealing with this company. Please avoid this company and share to your friends also.
