They have a funny condition that the curtain fitter will step out the shop (literally), deliver and fit the curtains only when you pay the 100% amount. No matter even if you have given a sound advance. It might still be ok but the pity is; they deliver the wrong items with wrong sizes....now I understand why they want the 100% money in advance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience to this place was very bad. We booked curtains there and executive told us that they will deliver the curtains in 3 days. After 3 days when we called them for delivery they said it will take few more days,like this they kept on telling lies and we asked for refund then they said it is just a matter of 3 days. After 3 more days when we again went their they said cloth has not come only. Finally took our money back and they are not apologetic for their unprofessional behavior. So disappointing it is. No sense of responsibility and sensibility towards customers. Don't recommend this place at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not Recommended - had a pretty bad experience personally.
Although the shop has a good avalability of curtain designs, the post completion experience is not satisfactory. I had ordered 3 blinds of the same pattern, but different designs. Got only 1 as expected.
1. The final look of the blind does not match to the pattern promised. When asked about it, was told that the company who makes it, makes the same design - which was never communicated to us while purchasing. You can refer to the photograph attached and judge it by yourself if any customer would be satisfied with this.
2. You will be asked to pay the complete amount even before the product has been delivered (irrespective of whatever % of advance you have provided/ whatever quality of the product you get), whereas the bill also says next complete payment on delivery. I understand there can be policies related to payment, but then at least I should get my issues resolved post delivery, which has not happened yet after a month of the order.
So would recommend to try out other options in the city to avoid such experience.
