★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to visit. Whenever you come to Patuli, visit this place atleast once. You will fall in love with this place. This place is well decorated and well maintained by KMDA.
After all the damages made by the cyclone Aamphan the boats are restored again and reopened the market on 17 October, 2020.
Before Aamphan, the boats were floated in the water and move with the flow of water. But after Aamphan the boats are made fixed with a wooden platform over water. So that the boats cannot move. Some grasses are placed around the fountain that makes it look great.
The beauty of the floating market increases after sunset. As the lights turn on it maximize its beauty.
As the location is exactly beside the bypass road so transport is very good. Bus, auto are available and also metro is not so far. You can also travel by metro. Nearest metro station is Shahid Khudiram Metro Station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is very good to hang out. But as a market place it's not worthy. Because, quality goods are not available here. But stuffs are over priced. Here, veggies, raw meat, chicken, fish, rice, pulses etc. household items are mainly available. Some food stalls are also available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is basically sum of many small shops in fixed boats in a medium size pond. This pond is full of dirty water and needs cleaning and renovation. Looks beautiful from outside mainly in the evening. Price is little bit expensive.
It was thriving as a major tourist spot. But everything is now history. With careless attitude , no maintainance, the boats are in terrible conditions. The shopkeers are abandoning their boats. People are not coming in herds for their daily bazar. It seems it needs a lot of money and professional care to revive this market. No more a tourist attraction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The idea of this floating market was really good .. But nowadays the place is getting abandoned day by day due to lack of maintenance .. And outside the market there is place for sitting , and good lights for photography also ?
But let me tell you there are lot of mosquitoes near the sitting place ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very innovative solutions to build up an eco friendly floating market. You can enjoy your time even with small eateries. Entrances are also very approachable from almost all sides. Parking facilities are pretty convenient. The attraction of garden centre on the opposite side of the main road is a bonus.
