I have purchased Samsung 11 kg fully automatic washing machine from bhain brothers they charged 34600 rupees for the product and confirmed that they will delivered the product at home address.
Riksha came and he bought product which is already opened and i denied to accept the product. When i reach store then bhasin brothers confirmed that they have delivered display old product in price of new product.
After discussion(as i am not convenced) they return back my money and acceped the cancelletion.
Beware before purchasing from this shop they can deliver cheap display products.
Its mental harresment for the customer.

I always prefer this shop to buy any electronic item . Trust worthy and value for money ,low prices and good products i have ever in the whole city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They told me to deliver my ac within an hour but they did not deliver till 11PM and then I called to the owner, they told wrong number to me and again they called me and told that your ac will be delivered by 12PM.
Very bad experience, it shows that they are only shopkeeper in meerut

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't want to give even one star pathetic delivery we booked a cooler from there shop and expected delivery was next day 12 pm. product not delivered as well as giving false information that it has been dispatched we went and booked a cooler on 30th April 2022 even full amount has been given and today it's 2 may 2022 it's not yet delivered even they will not receive your call after calling three to 4 times they will pick up and then again false information already dispatch dispatch today but no information I mean worst customer service and when you are complaining regarding this over phone call they will not hear you and just tell the boss is busy busy in what manner this is how you value a customer .... There should be a management in case if you were not able to deliver atleast you should inform.what is this behaviour and then you guys say sorry....one day delay can be expected on Sunday you guys were having more load today is what Monday now what will be your excuse....
Worst Bhasin Brothers regret after purchasing product.
