We were really very excited to have Tata Motors in our Collection.
But our experience with Mr. Shiv Dewangan and his team leader Mr. Nishant Shukla was such a bitter that I would not refer my enemies to visit Bhasin Motors.
As Sales person represent a company will say it's a worst experience.
They are so irresponsible and make customer wait as if customer has no work.
Although I had Nexon from Bhasin Motors hope service department will try to satisfy us and increase their stars from us if they value their customers.

โ โ โ โ โ Overall Pathetic experience, we booked Nexon almost 4 months back on 3rd Jan 22 and it took a whole 4 months of waiting, then everything was very tedious, we've never got a timely update unless, we asked for that and called multiple times during that period.
After the delivery, we faced issues with rear camera sensors just immediately after the first drive which was not expected ideally they have checked during PDI, but rear camera object detecting sensor was continuously beeping, one of the front AC vent was damaged, Onee of the roof rails was not fitted properly, due to which we need to wait for almost 3 hours at the showroom on the very first day.
Overall would suggest before going ahead with the delivery, kindly make sure at least vehicle have gone through some basic checks or perfect PDI with 0 errors.
P.S : Sharing this experience, so that next person should not experience the same and going forward no one can experience such a bad experience on his very first day of car delivery. As he/she comes with lots of expectations.

She was fast to answer all my questions and helped out as much as she could. Jyoti made the car purchase easy by offering a complete walk around of the car and pointing out blemishes to make sure there were no surprises once I received the car. I would highly recommend working with Miss Jyoti to purchase your next vehicle.

โ โ โ โ โ The people here were very supportive. They cleared all our doubts about the car or the variant or anything realted to insurance anything.
They gave the best deal to us.
And they were for us every moment we had any doubt. Even we booked our car at 31st march and they delivered us under 10 days from our end it was delayed. They helped us around 12 pm that day to do the booking. Averall the experience was too good

They have fully trained technicians, latest infrastructure, huge spare parts inventory, moreover they are very well behaved to all customers. Anyone can visit and have a test drive/ride of the cars of any segment also the owners can get service experience.
